My background is in the field of TV production, which I worked in before entering higher education. From 1994 to 2009, Gimlekollen Media College (now part of NLA University College) was my primary employer. Since 2009, I have been based primarily at the University of Agder, but I am still affiliated with NLA in a part-time position.
