What can you report?

  • What you like and want NLA to do more of
  • Negative aspects of the physical (buildings, rooms, inventory) or social learning environment
  • Bullying or sexual harassment
  • Digital security incidents/information security and privacy

This is what we do with your message:

  • Messages from students go via the advisor for educational quality, who takes these further with those responsible at the relevant departments or the management at NLA.
  • The person who receives and reads messages in the "Report" portal is bound by confidentiality.
  • Deviations related to information security will be handled by the security officer (CSO)
  • The Learning Environment Committee (LMU) will be informed about cases concerning the learning environment.
  • When you report a case, you can choose whether you want to provide your name or be anonymous.

Serious shortcomings or undesirable conditions

When is it necessary to blow the whistle, and not just speak up?

Whistleblowing is providing information about serious reprehensible conditions, primarily offenses and violations of general ethical norms. Whistleblowing may be particularly relevant if you as a student at NLA University College become aware of:
- unethical, illegal or criminal conditions related to the learning environment, pollution, corruption, misuse of public funds, abuse of authority
- errors or omissions that may endanger life or health.
- that fellow students or employees are being bullied, harassed or discriminated against in connection with their work at NLA University College.

Do you have questions or suspicions about fake emails (phishing), data fraud, data breaches, or other questions about IT security?

Contact the college's IT support immediately if you suspect data fraud or hacking. The case will be further handled by the college's Incident Response Team (IRT).

Report deviations related to information security and privacy

Deviations in information security and privacy occur when we do not comply with laws, regulations, and NLA's internal documents that regulate the use of ICT infrastructure and the processing of personal data. Deviations are mainly an information security breach in connection with work performance and work practice.
