Gifts to NLA University College

Tax deductions for donations

You are entitled to a tax deduction for gifts you give to NLA University College. This falls under the "gifts to research" scheme and provides a tax deduction from the first krone. This is in addition to the tax deduction you receive for gifts to other voluntary and religious organizations.

Testamentary gifts

Requirements for a valid will:

The will must be in writing
It must be clear that the document is a will
It must be clear who inherits and what each person inherits
You must sign the will with two witnesses present
The will should be dated
Witnesses must sign that you are signing the will of your own free will and that you were of sound mind
Witnesses must know that it is a will, but they do not need to know the contents of the will
Witnesses must be 18 years of age and of legal age
The witnesses, the witnesses' family, or anyone the witness is employed by, cannot be beneficiaries of the will

The university college is constantly growing, and this year over 3000 students are spread across study locations in Bergen, Kristiansand, Oslo, Trondheim and Stavanger.
As a private university college, NLA University College is dependent on financial contributions to further develop educations that respond to the needs of a society in constant change. They ask for the congregation's support to continue to equip students to become responsible people who use their competence for the best for themselves, for others and the world we are a part of.
