Before joining NLA, he was serving as an Associate Professor at the Centre for Applied Research (SNF) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He completed his PhD in Strategy and Management at NHH in 2024. In addition to his academic role, he has been actively engaged in management consulting since 2015. He delivers courses and supervises students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels within the field of management sciences (i.e., leadership and entrepreneurship). In research he adopts a behavioral sciences approach to exploring the socio-psychological dynamics of leadership and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in studying their impact on individuals' attitudes, motivation, and behavior within organizational contexts.
