Microsoft Office 365

Here, you are given access to the latest version of the entire Office package and the OneDrive (for Business) storage solution.

The Office package

The Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Outlook and Access) can be used on up to five different devices, such as a PC, IPad, Mac, tablet and smart phone. The online version for use in a browser is also available. Students do not have an email account through the university college and cannot therefore use Outlook online.

OneDrive

In OneDrive, each student is given 1TB to store and backup documents and work and this can easily be shared with other students and employees if desired. This storage space is personal and the individual student is responsible for what is stored there. The storage of data in OneDrive entails transport and storage outside Norway. Personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and regulations issued pursuant to it, health data and classified data must therefore NOT be stored in or shared via OneDrive.

No support is provided for the use and installation of Office 365. Use the link above. If you have any problems accessing Office 365, contact IT at support@nla.no.

Closure of the account

Students who leave NLA University College will no longer be able to access Office 365.  All students must remember to backup files on OneDrive before leaving.
