Competence
My research focuses on how Christian faith schools in Norway balance faith-based teaching with promoting critical thinking. My PhD examined how schools integrate critical thinking into their educational projects, also exploring how they address accusations of indoctrination while fostering reflection and autonomy. My current research project focuses on students’ perspectives on faith-based teaching and their opportunities for critical thinking.
